We are looking for a talented Accountant to join our team for the Finance Department in Belgium, Rumst
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
- Ensure Financial Accuracy: By preparing precise general ledger entries and account reconciliations, you'll help maintain the integrity of financial data across the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES
To be successful in this role you will need the following:
- Strong Technical Accounting Knowledge: A solid understanding of US GAAP and financial regulations is essential to ensure accurate accounting treatment and compliance across transactions like Goods Received Not invoiced, Goods in Transit, Customer returns, and Returns To Vendor.
- Detail-Oriented Problem Solving: You'll need sharp analytical skills to manage balance sheet reconciliations, resolve queries, and correct AP errors effectively while maintaining control over financial risks.
- Excellent Communication & Collaboration: As a key liaison with GCC (Shared service center) and other stakeholders, your ability to explain complex financial matters clearly and work cross-functionally will be critical.
- Adaptability & Team Support: Being a reliable backup for team members and responding to evolving business needs with a proactive mindset will help you thrive in this dynamic environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education/ Experience:
- Minimal relevant professional work experience in the field of study required.
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
