Negotiating Contracts: Negotiating and implementing contracts, managing customer inquiries, and handling escalations related to payments and accounts receivable.
Leading Communication: Leading and managing communication with customers at all levels, ensuring alignment across sales roles and with internal stakeholders.
Driving Growth: Achieving revenue and market share goals, championing customer needs within the business, and measuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Improving Customer Value: Creating and implementing projects to enhance customer relationships and value, thereby growing the business with assigned accounts.
Mentoring and Development: Mentoring and developing less experienced team members, managing performance, and fostering continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education/Experience
- College, university, or equivalent degree in Marketing, Sales, technical or a related subject or an acceptable combination of education and experience required.
- This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
- Significant level of relevant work experience required, including previous customer and/or product experience required.
- Purchasing/commercial contract negotiation preferred.
Additional Details:
- Responsible for building and developing Executive level relationships with customers.
- Owns the OEMs aftermarket sales strategy and leverages the incumbent's creativity and entrepreneurial mindset to cement long-term revenue success.
- Owns and drives cross-company & cross functional executive alignment whether sales, marketing or supply chain. The role is the customer's lead point of contact to minimize miscommunications while directing maximizing solutions.
- Formulates comprehensive partner strategies, working closely with the OEM, dealer networks and independent service providers to enhance revenue and drive CDBS organizational strategic goals.
