We are looking for a talented Production Associate n to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Engine Business Segment in Rocky Mount, NC

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

• Actively leads the identification and ways in which to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development

• Operates machines and production equipment independently in accordance with quality and productivity requirements. Acts as a formal resource leading and coordinating others. Quickly and effectively adapts to change in the manufacturing environment

• Recognize how your work may impact the environment and work to minimize the negative impact

• Fully proficient with all work processes, independently operating equipment to manufacture and assemble product in order to create the proper characteristics and dimensions necessary to meet customer expectations

• Deals constructively with problems that do not have clear solutions or outcomes

• Completes training and personal development in line with business requirements

Compensation and Benefits Base salary rate commensurate with experience. To be successful in this role you will need the following:

• Manufacturing Knowledge - Demonstrates the knowledge of manufacturing by correctly implementing changes in current processes, equipment, and applications to meet the function's needs and contribute towards continuous improvement

• Manages ambiguity - Operating effectively, even when things are not certain or the way forward is not clear.

• Communicates effectively - Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Licenses, Certifications

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience

• Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.

• Develop strategic plans to achieve the team's objectives.

• Allocate resources and assign tasks efficiently.
