Reporting to the Senior Analyst Global HR Reporting; the Workday Reporting and Security Analyst develops different type of reports in workday. You will need be responsible for all workday functional areas and their related business processes, Workday data structures including organisations and hierarchies, security to support business objects, reports, calculated fields. You will also be responsible for EIBs to support sending data to external emails. We are looking for moderate functional process knowledge to understand requirements and translate them into working Workday configuration.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Workday report development using native workday reporting tools, Qliksense, Qlikview, PowerBI, and ensure the successful implementation of new functionality and processes.

Required Experience and Education:
- 2-5 years of analytical experience, using HCM systems, preferably Workday.
- Prior experience in developing complex queries to extract the data using SQL or related query language.
- Experience working in a consulting environment is preferred.
- Have prior working experience in agile project management.
Requirements:
- The ability to develop and present ideas using MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel (charts & graphs)
- Exceptional problem solving skills, with the ability to work independently and exercise sound judgement
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication skills
