The Warehouse Specialist is responsible for the daily functions of the department, as they relate to inbound deliveries, associated manufacturing orders, and inventory tasks. The Warehouse Specialist will work directly with Warehouse Operators, Supervisors, Managers, and other Warehouse Specialists to ensure the department continues to meet internal customer, business, and patient needs.
Responsibilities:
• Under direct supervision, maintain flow of inbound material operations, maintaining databases and ensuring safety of stored items.
• Perform SAP functions including but not limited to, goods receipts, inventory cycle counts, stock put-aways, internal and external transfers and trouble shooting.
• Process daily raw plasma receipts which includes physical and electronic receipt, allocation, and staging of plasma in SAP, Logic, and MES applications.

• Manage and coordinate daily inbound replenishment shipments for sufficient production inventory levels, daily communication with third party logistics centers (3PL's).
• Coordinates and schedules inbound deliveries with outside carriers and Purchasing department.
• Monitor incoming contractor packages and assist Warehouse Operators with site deliveries.
• Complete manufacturing cost center orders and goods issue.
• Work with Warehouse Operators when orders are picked and dispensed to manufacturing
• Prepares and reviews required outbound documentation and provides to customer.
• Acts as a liaison on the operational/ infrastructure system requirements during set-up and implementation of Logistics solutions.
• Support Department Supervisors and Managers on any additional warehouse related tasks and all other duties as assigned.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management or related field;
OR
Associate degree in business, Supply Chain Management or related field with a minimum of 4 years supply chain management.
OR
A combination of a GED/ High School Equivalent with a minimum of 8 years supply chain management.
Experience:
• 1-3 years' supply chain, manufacturing experience
• SAP, Logic, and MES experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to comply with strict cGMP's and other regulatory guidelines applicable to the medical/ pharmaceutical industry.
Other:
Exposure to various temperatures, hazardous chemicals and potential bloodborne pathogens. May occasionally lift carry, and/ or otherwise move items weighing up to 50 pounds. May be required to work overtime and extended hours to support production demands.
The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $60,000 - $72,000. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, total compensation for this role may also include incentive compensation and equity.
