You will work onsite in the Holly Springs office and will report to the Head of Project Management Office and Operational Governance. You will utilize knowledge of the Seqirus business and project management expertise to deliver major cross functional strategic projects in line with business plan objectives, budget, and timelines. Acts as a subject matter expert in project management principles and provides these skills to major strategic projects.

Responsibilities
  • Project Manages multiple major projects to support the development and implementation of one or more elements of the Seqirus business (e.g. Tech Transfers, new market entries) in collaboration with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Technical Development, Regulatory Affairs and Commercial Operations,
  • Provide project management expertise, developing risk mitigation plans, conducting feasibility evaluations, and delivering to budget, timescale and scope.
  • Co-ordinates cross-functional teams to help optimise value, time, resources and risks, providing clear leadership to project teams as necessary.
  • Lead development of project budgets for inclusion in Seqirus OPEX and CAPEX annual Budgets.
  • Develop and maintain integrated project plans and monitor project activities for adherence to milestone timelines, deliverables and budget against approved plan.
  • Develop risk mitigation strategies in conjunction with project team members.
  • Analyze information and processes to solve problems of moderate complexity. Makes recommendations with project team members to bring projects back on track against approved scope, budget and/or timeline.
  • Develop and track relevant project KPIs and communicates project progress, risks and issue to project team members and relevant stakeholders, including timely provision of project reports/dashboards.
  • Represent projects at multiple governance meetings such as Seqirus Global Project Review Board, Global Operations Leadership Team and Holly Springs SLT.
  • Prepare pre-read reports and presentation materials for Governance meetings
  • Manage multiple medium to complex projects within a matrixed multi-functional business environment with moderate supervision or direction from immediate manager.
  • Effectiveness of leading allocated projects directly influences the success of project deliverables and adherence to budget and timelines.
  • Lead the development of project budgets for inclusion in Seqirus OPEX and CAPEX annual Budgets.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • 5+ years' experience in pharmaceutical/biotech industry or regulated science business environment.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Demonstrated ability of working with various teams
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher qualification in business or scientific/technical field relevant to Seqirus' products.
  • Accreditation or specialization in Project Management is desirable.
