We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager - Hematology to lead the commercial launch and ongoing success of HEMGENIX®, the first approved gene therapy for Hemophilia B, and oversee a portfolio of other hematology products (Humate P, RiaSTAP, Beriplex, Corifact, IDELVION). This role involves developing a deep understanding of bleeding disorders, driving strategic planning, collaboration, and execution to deliver impactful results that will positively impact Canadians living with bleeding disorders.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning: Develops annual marketing plans based on market trends, segmentation, customer insights, and treatment center operationalization.
- Tactical Execution: Implements brand growth strategies and oversees promotional material creation, training, and French material delivery.
- Budget Management: Monitors spending, develops sales forecasts, and ensures lifecycle management for hematology products.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engages with Medical Affairs, R&D, Finance, Regulatory, Market Access, Sales, and Manufacturing to align strategies.
- Agency and External Relations: Builds relationships with thought leaders, patient advocacy groups, and vendors while managing market condition changes.
- International and Canadian Market: Supports life-cycle developments, project management, and execution in collaboration with international teams.
- Metrics and Competitive Strategy: Tracks performance metrics and positions the brand against competitive threats.

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or healthcare (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of relevant sales/marketing experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industries.
- Proficiency in both digital and offline marketing tactics and CRM tools.
- Strong marketing strategy, research, segmentation, and positioning skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, empathy, teamwork, and leadership.
- Managerial experience (preferred but optional).
