Could you be our next Senior Manager, HR Automation? This is a hybrid role located in our Boca Raton, FL, King of Prussia PA, Holly Springs NC, Maidenhead UK or Liverpool UK. You will report to the Director of Employee Services

Responsibilities:
  • You will support HR, the business, and employees on the execution of all human resource related processes, tasks, and administration
  • Ensure delivery of end-to-end processes and tasks within the employee lifecycle including all Employee Cloud tasks carried out by Operations Center Administrators and Specialists
  • Provide planning, project coordination, and management to develop a cost-effective department while concurrently facilitating efficient operations to meet our needs within the HR organization
  • Support the HR COEs in execution of all core, common, and processes, and overall administration
  • Ensure continuity delivery of functional services to users throughout the organization

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent, in business/ HR/Technology required
  • 7+ years' experience in HR or a Shared Services operation or related experience
  • Experience supporting multiple HR COE areas, such as Compensation, Benefits, Relocation, Staffing.
