You will help with the design, implementation, and evaluation of health and wellness programs across the Americas region, with a focus on promoting employee well-being and ensuring that health strategies align with CSL's organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
1. You will help develop and implement regional medical and mental health wellbeing programs, ensuring they support the health, safety, and financial security of employees across diverse countries in the Americas region.
2. Help manage the health and wellness program budget, ensuring that resources are allocated. Help with tracking expenses and report on budget performance, identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining program quality.
3. Analyze data related to benefit use, costs, and program outcomes. Prepare regular reports on health and wellness program performance, providing insights into trends and opportunities for improvement.
4. Work with in-region vendors, brokers, and team members to help build health and wellness programs. Provide administrative support for the smooth running of program rollouts and vendor relationship management.
5. Help establish measurements for health and wellness programs to ensure understanding of our goals.
6. Help develop communication strategies that explain the value of health and wellness programs to employees. Help ensure that communication materials enhance program participation and employee engagement.
7. Support in evaluating program outcomes, including participant feedback, engagement rates, and overall impact.
Education and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business, Human Resources, or a related field
- 3 years of experience in health and wellness programs, employee benefits, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and experience with data analysis tools
