Sales Representative (m/f/x) - Hemophilia & Respiratory
(Fulltime / permanent / Location: Vienna)
The Opportunity
Be at the forefront of our sales efforts, driving growth and making a significant impact in the field of hemophilia and respiratory care. This role is based in Austria, ideally in Vienna, covering the sales territory of Vienna, Lower Austria, Styria, Burgenland.
The Role:
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to drive growth.
- Conduct regular analysis of sales data and strategize with sales management and territory managers.
- Maintain frequent and independent contact with customers across all franchises in your territory.
- Utilize a diverse portfolio of promotional activities to achieve sales goals and expand sales potential.
- Manage and control your annual Ad&Pro budget effectively.
- Leverage all promotional channels, including face-to-face, virtual, and digital.
- Document customer interactions consistently using VEEVA.
- •Ensure customer data is up-to-date and review targeting within VEEVA.
- Participate in national and international congresses and training events as agreed with sales management.
- Record and report customer feedback meticulously.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Education: University Degree in Medicine or a Scientific Degree, along with Medical Representative Certification ("Pharmareferentenprüfung").
- Background: Strong foundation in Natural Sciences and deep product knowledge (internal training provided).
- Skills: Economical understanding, excellent time and relationship management, and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience: Previous experience in sales and presentation training. Experience in Key Account Management is a plus.
- Languages: German (C1 level) and English (ability to understand literature).
- Travel Requirements: Participation in national and international congresses, including weekends, to represent the company. Traveling within the territory.
Reporting Relationship:
This position reports to the Head of Sales Austria.
