Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will work onsite at our Holly Springs, NC facility. This is a nights position that includes a differential pay. Benefits Include differential pay, Onsite Café, Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, 401K with a 6% match, and PTO available from your first day of hire.
Responsibilities:
- Control production activities, material flow and inventory to achieve cost and quality targets and production schedules of assigned production line(s)
- Ensure compliance of standards
- Analyze production specifications and plant capacity data and perform calculation to determine manufacturing process, tools and personnel requirements
- Recommend measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of work
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree, or equivalent in related field, or equivalent vocational or technical education
- 3 years' manufacturing experience
- Direct experience with regulated environments (i.e. cGMP, OSHA, EPA)
- Experience with production operations
- Experience of GMP on commercial or clinical production is a plus
