You will report to the Head of US Strategic Insights and Commercial Operations for CSL Vifor. The Manager of Product Analytics will be responsible for the performance assessment and performance reporting of the iron product portfolio.

- Work with the US strategic insights and finance teams on understanding and projecting performance of the iron product portfolio
- Develop relationship with external partnering companies responsible for commercial activities, and interface with key stakeholders at partnering companies
- Acquire and manage data and information to support assessment of product performance
- Leverage existing templates where appropriate, build and maintain reporting to monitor product performance
- Build and maintain forecast models for predicting product demand and financial performance
- Work with global product and strategic insights teams to align on common tools and reporting
- Monitor competitive intelligence and market developments
- Work with other members of the Strategic Insights & Commercial Operations and Finance teams, and serve as backfill on key activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of overall healthcare industry experience
- 3+ years of experience in analytics roles
- Understanding of forecast models
- Ability to analyze data to develop clear and compelling insights and present to internal clients up to the executive level
- Ability to travel 10-20%
Preferred Requirements
- MBA - STEM of Finance
- Prior experience in life sciences industry
- Prior experience in finance
This is a remote role.
The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $105-$135k. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for you be determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies, and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, total compensation for this role will also include sales incentive compensation and may include equity.
