The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Group Product Manager, as the Product Manager (Gerente de Produto) you will conduct market diagnostics, track performance to identify opportunities and generate insights for improvement. You will prepare sales and demand forecast as a basis for strategy definition, and you will promote a culture of Ethics and Business Integrity within the team. Resumes must be submitted in English.
The Role:
- Monitor competitors and customer's behavior, aiming to continuously capture the market trends to identify opportunities.
- Plan and control the products life cycle since from Ideation step to launch;
- Guarantee the financial management (KPIs, P and L and A and P).
- Performance diagnosis based on robust facts with a root cause analysis and recommend possible scenarios to support top management decision making process.
- Lead teams and cooperate transversally: detailing team, commercial team (wholesalers, distributors, retail channel and non-retail channel), hospitalar team, supply team, regulatory team, legal team, medical team, access team and international team.
- Monitor performance, anticipate trends and propose adjustments if necessary.
- Ensure implementation of the Marketing / Brand plan aligned with budget, acting in an agile way in case of corrective actions and influencing all involved areas in order to obtain the results.
- Be a role model by ensuring adequate knowledge and compliance with the principles of ethics and integrity, Vifor's policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Undergraduate (Bachelor's degree) in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Engineering or Pharmacy.
- Strong experience working with Product management; (at least 4 years).
- Strong experience with multinational / multicurrency operations.
- Wide knowledge - from a technical-scientific to marketing sales point of view of pharmaceutical market mostly of established products (trends, competition environment, go to market, government influences).
- Proficiency in English is required (to include fluent written, reading and speaking abilities).
- Skills in finance is required.
- Sales and leading teams experience is preferred.
- Rare Disease experience is preferred.
- Knowledge in Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Project Management.
- Analytical Market Reading, Trading Techniques, Presentation Techniques.
- Good command of Excel tool.
- Skills in research and report sales analysis
- Strategic-thinking profile.
- Ability to make and present performance reports to Brazil and International top management.
- Ability to negotiate and to act transversally.
