Director, IT Product and Platform Strategy

Steffisburg, Switzerland

We are looking for a leader to guide our transformation from a traditional organization based on large-scale project delivery to a more Agile organization based on the principles of product and platform management. You will align this transformation with business value and deliver on our phased progression.

The shift towards a product and platform model requires orchestration.

Responsibilities include the taxonomy of products and their attributes (a partnership with city planning), training and maturing of the product management community, guidelines and tools for consistency of implementation, and measures of progress. The hard work lies at the edge of the organization where the change is realized (product owners).

You will collaborate with leaders of process excellence, experience design, and centers of expertise, providing lift to our broader operating model transformation. We intend to grow the centers of expertise following product-model evolution, while supporting projects with expertise during transition.

This role doesn't include managerial responsibilities.

You will have a flexibility to work from home office and from our office in Bern (50/50).

Reporting Relationships: SVP, I&T Strategy + Technology
