- Du unterstützt unsere Kunden und unser Vertriebs-Team in den Bereichen Verwaltung, Prozess- und Projektmanagement
- Deine Aufgaben umfassen eine Vielzahl von Verwaltungstätigkeiten im Zusammenhang mit dem täglichen Geschäftsbetrieb
- Auch in den Bereichen wie Marketingkommunikation, Patienteneinbindung, Organisation von Meetings und Kongressen, Datenmanagement, Vertriebsabläufe oder Vertrieb/Logistik wirst Du tätig sein
- Du bist es gewohnt, festgelegte Richtlinien und Verfahren für Systeme und Transaktionsprozesse zu befolgen
- Du wirst an den/die Business Operations Manager/in berichten
- Das Arbeitsmodel für diese Stelle ist hybrid
Qualifikationen:

- Schulabschluss oder gleichwertige berufliche oder technische Ausbildung
- 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung im Geschäftsbetrieb/Kundensupport
- Beherrschung von Microsoft Office; SAP/ERP-Erfahrung bevorzugt
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
