To support the growth of our CSL Vifor business in Poland, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of:

Commercial Lead Nephrology Poland (m/f/x)

(Full-time / Permanent / Location: ideally Warsaw)

The Opportunity:

As the Commercial Lead Nephrology Poland (CLN PL), you will be pivotal in pre-launch planning and market access activities, including forecasting, strategic planning, and internal launch preparation. Your expertise in Rare Disease / Nephrology therapy areas will drive changes in patient journeys, from diagnostic procedures to therapeutic decisions and speed to appropriate treatment. Representing the Polish market, you will ensure the localization of strategy through to execution, delivering agreed patient uptake and sales targets, and leading annual tactical planning processes.

The Role:

  • Deliver the sales budget, focusing on the top-tier key accounts/centers of expertise (CoEs), tracking and managing performance according to the business plan objectives and KPIs.
  • Develop, lead, and execute a strategic launch plan with specific goals and targets for Poland.
  • Lead the creation of the local digital strategy to drive the adoption of an omnichannel approach to enhance the customer journey.
  • Development/localization of local digital and marketing assets - working collaboratively with local marketing / omnichannel, medical, and marketing agencies.
  • Close collaboration with CEE and regional market access functions to ensure patients can access therapy at the local level.
  • Encourage an insight-driven culture where customer insights, data, dashboards, and CRM tools guide effective business decisions. This allows strategic development and tactical implementation to remain relevant, meaningful, and commercially advantageous.
  • Create a high-performance cross-functional team environment based on alignment with common values and vision, based on a foundation of trust and respect.
  • Consistently conduct business analyses, together with the CEE Commercial Lead, co-develop and maintain a current business plan and contribute to the development of regional planning.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong scientific/medical knowledge, a Master's degree or equivalent
  • Has worked in a role with a substantial Commercial and/or Market Access component.
  • Ability to engage, connect, and build partnerships with customers remotely.
  • Business/Commercial orientation/acumen
  • Strong customer focus: demonstrated ability to create win-win partnerships.
  • Project Management where tangible success has been achieved.
  • Enjoys the blend of homeworking & being in the heart of a Clinical setting.
  • Mastery in influence mapping and using customer influence to gain credibility for projects.
  • Proven competency in securing funding and understanding healthcare processes locally for hospital- and retail-administered products.
  • Passionate about rare diseases, strong drive and desire for success, result-orientated with a proactive cross-functional collaborative approach
  • Strong analytical as well as organizational ability, professional presence, self-confidence, self-driven, and a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English.

Reporting Relationships:

This position reports to the Commercial Lead CEE.
