Responsibilities:
• Under general supervision, responsible for collecting, analyzing and reporting data to evaluate medical operations and processes
• Develops Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance and process variation in key areas of the business
• Collaborates with Business Technology for report development, testing and issue resolution
• Generates reports that aid in tracking business unit efficiency
• Provides insights and recommendations for current business operations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience
• 3+ years' experience in plasma collection center
• Knowledge of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) related to the plasma industry
