Center Manager

San Leandro, CA

The Center Manager reports to the Director Associate, Operations (ADO).

This position is located on site at our center in Hayward, CA.

The Role

  • The Center Manager has overall authority for center operations production goals, monitor net yields, and implement improvement plans.
  • Monitor donor retention, ensure efficient donor flow, and implement donor retention improvement and corrective action plans.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company SOPs and applicable federal, state and local regulations.
  • Manage all aspects of financial oversight to include: setting annual budget, ensuring center meets monthly financial targets and ongoing cash management goals, and observing cash management, and financial reporting.
  • Center manager oversees overall center quality compliance by ensuring the business is inspection ready. Meet with QA to include regulatory and customer requirements to ensure the purity and efficacy of the plasma and the safety of donors and employees. Communicate any quality concerns or issues to Associate Director of Operations and Quality.
  • Participate during all audits with quality personnel and Quality team to develop corrective action plans to address any areas of deficiency noted during audits.
  • Follow all HSE and OSHA procedures. Ensure the center and all employees comply with OSHA regulations and training
  • Conduct recruitment, training, counseling, and termination.
  • Manage employee turnover within center operations. Follow HR policies through fair treatment of all employees.
  • Overnight travel required up to 10% of the time

Education
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred OR equivalent combination of education and professional work experience (4 years minimum) required.

Experience

Minimum 2 years supervisory or leadership experience responsible for overseeing the activities of others.

Working Conditions
  • Approximately 60% of the time is spent managing center by auditing, improving operations, and observing ongoing operations through the center.

The expected base salary range for this position at hiring is $83,200 - $93,600. Please note this salary range reflects the minimum and maximum base pay that CSL expects to pay for this position at the listed location as of the time of this posting. Individual base salary for a successful candidate is determined by qualifications, skill level, experience, competencies and other relevant factors. In addition to base salary, total compensation for this role may also include incentive compensation and equity.
