You will focus on designing programs that promote employee health, wellness, and financial security, while aligning with CSL's commitment to providing competitive benefits packages worldwide. You will ensure the agreement of global benefits offerings with CSL's corporate values and priorities, emphasizing both physical and financial wellbeing.

You will report to the Senior Director of Global Benefits and collaborate across the Global Benefits.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the budget for global benefits programs, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources while maintaining a high standard of employee satisfaction and wellbeing.

2. Develop and manage with the Total Rewards Vendor Management and Budget office cost strategies for benefits, including ensuring that financial reserves are allocated.

3. In collaboration with Head of Global Benefits and with Global Wellbeing Steering Committee design, and manage wellbeing programs and approach for enterprise-wide wellbeing specific to region needs of demographic

4. Review trends and advises leadership on the state of programs/benefits, demonstrating an understanding of the market dynamics, main competitor benefit plan design, and industry trends.

5. Establish measurements for benefits programs, ensuring the agreement of benefits offerings with our financial and employee engagement goals. Present data on benefit use, costs, and overall program value.

6. Direct regular benchmarking studies to ensure CSL's benefits offerings are aligned with industry standards and employee expectations.

7. Ensure global benefits programs follow local regulations, compliance standards, and cultural considerations across multiple regions.

8. Mentor a team of benefits professionals. Help grow team members through guidance, training, and performance management

Education and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field;
  • 10+ years of experience in global benefits management with a focus on physical and financial wellbeing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • In-depth knowledge of global benefits trends, wellness programs, and financial wellbeing strategies.
  • Experience with a variety of Outsourcing platforms or private exchange platforms
  • Track record in driving strategic, data-driven decisions to improve benefits offerings and guide outcomes.
  • Expertise in employee wellbeing program design and implementation, including experience in digital wellbeing tools, financial wellness programs, and physical health programs.
  • Excellent Excel experience is necessary
  • 25% Global Travel is required
