Technical Product Trainer
Remote-Americas
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
We are seeking a talented and experienced Technical Trainer to facilitate training sessions related to Corptax software. The primary focus will be facilitating live, instructor-led training sessions for our customers on various components of the Corptax software. In addition, the Technical Trainer will also assist with the creation and maintenance of self-study sessions. The ideal candidate will have solid Corptax software experience, excellent communication skills, and some technical training experience is a plus. The ability to engage an audience whether in person, or remotely, is crucial to our success. This role is integral to providing exceptional training to our customer base that meets their needs.

Some of the things you will be doing:
- Facilitate live virtual and in-person classroom training sessions.
- Assist with the creation and maintenance of self-study sessions.
- Be a resource for others outside the group to help them prepare for other training sessions.
- Help build and refine the training schedule based on the tax life cycle and input from customers.
- Periodically travel to customer sites to conduct in-person training.
- Keep up to date on new product functionality to facilitate training sessions upon release.
- Work closely with the Curriculum team to constantly improve session content.
- Embrace new training tools as they are introduced.
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, tax, or similar field
- 3+ years' experience working with the Corptax software
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
- Strong ability to work with SMEs and translate complex technical information into potential webcasts or training sessions.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
