Senior Administrator
Location: Jersey
Department: Corporate Services
Vacancy Type: Permanent, Hybrid
Hours: 35 per week
The Position
As part of our Corporate Services team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality company secretarial and administration services to a range of clients with often complex, multi-jurisdictional structures. You will play a key part in supporting our international client base to ensure they meet their statutory obligations and remain in compliance with Jersey's regulatory standards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in corporate services while contributing to a dynamic and collaborative team.

Your Responsibilities
- Client Portfolio Management: Oversee a portfolio of clients, supporting the administration of multi-jurisdictional structures.
- Technical Expertise: Refine your knowledge of corporate governance, take the lead in handling client matters, attend board meetings, prepare meeting packs, draft minutes and resolutions, and handle regulatory filings and tax matters.
- Compliance and Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in line with internal policies, regulatory standards, and Jersey legislation.
- Client Engagement: Communicate regularly, proactively, and transparently with clients and key advisers, ensuring their expectations are consistently met.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team and the wider business to share knowledge and streamline processes for efficient service delivery.
- Mentorship: Supervise and assist in the training, development, and management of junior team members, including Trainee Administrators and Administrators.
- Innovation and Growth: Contribute ideas to enhance operational efficiencies and support the continuous improvement of our services.
- Professional Development: Utilize CSC's global resources to develop your skills and knowledge, with full support for professional studies and personal growth.
- Academic Excellence: A strong academic background, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Professional Progression: Currently studying towards CGI (ICSA) or equivalent qualifications, with a commitment to ongoing development.
- Industry Experience: Proven experience in corporate administration, with a solid understanding of Jersey legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Proactive and Driven: A forward-thinking and self-motivated professional, team player, who takes initiative and strives for excellence.
- Client-Centric Approach: Ability to handle tasks with diligence, ensuring high-quality service delivery for clients.
