JOB DESCRIPTION
- Role: System Analyst
- Location: Bangalore
- Schedule: 12-9 PM
- Working Model: Hybrid
We are currently seeking a talented individual to join us in the role of System Analyst for NavOne/Business Central. In this crucial position, you will take charge of managing service desk tickets, addressing bugs, and resolving performance issues to ensure seamless operations.
Some of the things you'll be doing:
- Production support for NavOne/Business Central, including related service desk tickets, bugs and performance issues. Ensure all user queries are timely assessed, logged prioritised and resolved directly or escalated to Vendor through their support desk.
- Working on SQL queries, Stored procedures, Views etc and SQL Server Reporting services (SSRS) is beneficial
- Ensure that the applications used by the business partners are deployed correctly and continue to run optimally.
- A disciplined approach to implementation, support and documentation
- A hands-on approach and can-do mentality with ability to deliver to commitments
- Ensure compliance with departmental policies (i.e. release management, IT security standards, incident & problem management);

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or Master's in Computer Applications (MCA)
- A minimum of 5-7 years of technical experience working with NavOne and/or Dynamics Business Central
- Over 5 years of experience in IT-application maintenance, Business Analysis and/or information analysis
- Proficient in the use of a range of Microsoft product ( Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint) Some knowledge of Power BI.
- Knowledge of Trust Company Business, Funds service Business, Financial Accounting And Tax Reporting (Automatic Exchange of Information (AEOI))would be an advantage but it is not essential
- Advanced SQL Server and database programming knowledge
- Good understanding of business requirements gathering, business process analysis, Business Process Modelling, and business analysis.
- PowerBI and/or Power Automate knowledge is a plus
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of team.
- Ability to work with minimum guidance.
- Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
