Expert Consolidation
Corporate and Legal Solutions (IFRS / Consolidation)
#Luxembourg
Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)
#Hybrid
Some of the things you will be doing:
- Manage the process of production and coordinate with clients, local accountants and auditors under senior manager/ head of supervision,
- Prepare or review (consolidated) annual accounts, reporting and other deliverables depending on the level of complexity,
- Prepare/ review memos to support accounting treatment for complex transactions (especially under IFRS),
- Assist and coach junior staff,
- Participate in appraisal processes,
- Design and deliver training on technical topics,
- Be aware of information security threats and concerns, own responsibilities and liabilities,
- Support organizational security policy in the course of normal work,
- Reduce the risk of theft, fraud, misuse of facilities and human error

What technical skills, qualification and experience do you need?
- Bachelor or Master degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or equivalent,
- 5-7 years working experience in audit, consolidation matters and reporting,
- Very good knowledge of IFRS (especially for holding, real estate, private equity) and consolidation,
- Knowledge of Consolidation Software is an asset,
- Strong communication skills and work well in a team,
- Being accurate, flexible, hands-on and deliver the best work when facing a tight deadline,
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Any additional language (German and/or French) is an advantage
