Controlling & Governance Analyst
AIFM department, Luxembourg
Full Time, Hybrid
The position
As Controlling and Governance Analyst at Intertrust Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.àr.l., a Luxembourg fund management company and authorized Alternative Investment Fund Manager ("AIFM") and member of CSC Group, you will support the Senior Controlling, Governance & Operations Manager with a wide range of activities. Your tasks will include, but not limited to:
- Prepare governance relevant aspects of the setup of the Company (KPI, KRI, preparation of CSSF Onsite and Offsite Inspections, branch matters etc.)
- Maintain Finance & Accounting related controls as the liquidity plan and cash collection overview, follow up on reminder process etc.
- Assist with the coordination of external audit and internal audit
- Support the security management and contingency management (business continuity plan / disaster recovery plan) and regular update of related documentation
- Providing support in the context of the oversight of the internally delegated services
- Deal with IT-related questions and support employees on their requests via IT Helpdesk
- Assist in projects (e.g. DORA, ESG / SFDR, etc.)
- General administrative and organizational support

Your profile
- You hold a degree in Law, Finance or Business Administration
- At minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar position
- Demonstrate a deep level of knowledge in the fund industry, preferably coming from fund management company with relevant experience
- Have a deep knowledge and understanding of governance, controlling and financial topics, as well as of regulations
- Good ICT knowledge and interested in the subject
- Capable of organizing priorities, be multitasking, working within tight deadlines
- Being pro-active and able to take initiatives
- A true team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Have a client focus with a solution mindset and a hands-on approach
- Have strong skills in English, verbal and written; further language skills are considered as a plus
