Benefits Analyst
Monday-Friday, Standard Hours
Americas, EMEA or APAC - CSC Office Location
Overview:
As a Benefits Analyst in the Human Resources department, you will be expected to analyze and communicate benefits, and other employee-related data. The person in this role will be part of the global benefits strategy team and lead the analysis and communication aspects of major projects.
The role involves understanding the needs and stakeholders across our business units and geographies through collaboration and analysis, providing input to the design and development of benefit optimization, analyzing the data, and translating the work for leadership and colleagues.

This opportunity would best suit someone who has strong project management skills, is a self-starter, enjoys translating data into communications, and has a strong attention-to-detail. Exceptional Excel skills, written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, ability to think outside of the box, being a self-starter, and also collaborative, are critical skills to be successful in this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in country-specific and global benefits meetings and decision making
- Own analysis and communications related to benefit optimization within and across countries
- Prepare proactive and ad hoc analytics related to people data.
- Prepare and present findings to/for key stakeholders in writing and verbally.
- Protect and maintain the privacy of employee data at all times.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to create clear and insightful visualizations of data
- Experience with analyzing complex people-related data sets
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments effectively
- Highly organized and action-oriented
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information professionally
- Passion for learning
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- General knowledge of Human Resources and HCM systems
- Statistical analysis and proficiency in analytical tools is preferred
