Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Global HR Data & Analytics Lead to join our Human Resources team. This role will drive data-driven decision-making by leading the development, implementation, and management of HR analytics and reporting frameworks. The HR Data & Analytics Lead will work closely with HR leaders and business stakeholders globally to provide strategic insights that inform workforce planning, employee engagement, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • This role will work as the HR CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) lead and is responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with the requirements.  This includes building templates to collect data and aggregating the data across the organization. Leading the preparation and submission of sustainability reports. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to gather, validate and analyze the data.
  • Lead the design and development of HR data analytics frameworks to support business objectives and HR strategy.
  • Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of HR data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead data migration and data collection efforts for the Global HRIS implementation, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance throughout the process.
  • Ensure data accuracy through routine audits, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed.
  • Develop and manage reporting dashboards and the overall reporting strategy within the HRIS to deliver actionable insights for HR leadership and stakeholders globally.
  • Drive efforts around Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) reporting for the HR organization, ensuring alignment with sustainability and compliance goals.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure data integrity, security, and accuracy across all HR systems.
  • Conduct predictive analytics to support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HR data governance, ensuring compliance with relevant data privacy and security regulations.
  • Partner with HR and business leaders to develop KPIs and metrics that align with organizational goals

 

 


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR analytics, data analysis, or a related role.
  • Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and HRIS systems.
  • Advanced skills in Excel and experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.
  • Experience developing complex Excel Macros to automate tasks and reduce manual work efforts.
  • Strong understanding of HR metrics, workforce analytics, data migration, and data governance best practices.
  • Experience developing reporting dashboards and implementing reporting strategies within an HRIS.
  • Knowledge of CSRD reporting requirements and experience with sustainability reporting is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, especially regarding data accuracy and security.
