About the Role:

Reporting to the Head of Partner Programs, as CrowdStrike's Program Manager & Strategic Projects, you'll be part of a strategic team focused on optimizing partner relationships across all GTM channels to ensure mutual success between CrowdStrike and our diverse ecosystem of Partners. In this role, you will coordinate and orchestrate program-related workstreams for the Alliances Programs Team, ensuring successful execution of tactical to large scale complex initiatives. You'll also support the creation of Partner GTM Program with periodic policy reviews or KPI reporting. The success of delivering optimized partner programs relies on alignment of all key stakeholder groups, and by managing communications and relationships, you'll ensure that every group is engaged at every step of the way.

What You'll Do:
  • Demonstrate the principles of new project intake (NPI), sizing NPI effort and outcome against Alliance Programs Team capacity.
  • Manage Alliance Program Team resourcing, including NPI prioritization against in-flight projects, program roadmaps and team strategy.
  • Manage key projects, including hosting project meetings, track actions, manage deliverables/owners etc.
  • Orchestrate large complex initiatives across GTMs, e.g. new product launches, enhancements, take-out campaigns etc. including project, change and stakeholder management.
  • Support the development of Partner GTM Programs, including competitive research, policy creation, value exchange strategy, cross-functional team engagement, and program launch.
  • Support ongoing Partner GTM Program lifecycles, including bi-annual program and policy reviews, quarterly reporting (Programs QBR), and policy governance.
  • Ensure program policy governance across key requirements for all Partner GTMs.
  • Ensure robust stakeholder engagement by driving critical and ongoing communications and relationship management both within CrowdStrike and with our Partners.
  • Continuously advocate for Partners to ensure ongoing alignment with broader CrowdStrike initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with CrowdStrike and Partner stakeholders.
What You'll Need:
  • 5+ years of business and/or project/program management experience in a global technology organization.
  • Experience in the Partner/B2B ecosystem including Resale, Global System Integrators (GSI), Telecommunications (Telco), Distribution, Technical Alliances, and Managed Service Providers (MSP/MSSP)
  • High attention to detail and ability to deliver to strict deadlines despite multiple ongoing projects and commitments.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio of projects and maintain project plans or task lists in line with scheduled timeframes.
  • Strong engagement and conflict resolution skills, building trusting relationships across levels and functions both internally and externally.
  • Growth mindset, sense of curiosity and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated desire for continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent general communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience with Asana or other project and task management tools preferred.
  • Ability to distill large amounts of information that enable quick decision-making.
  • Relevant Bachelor's degree or related experience; preference for business and/or marketing.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with global teams with different time zones and cultural considerations.
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally up to 10%.
