About the Role:
Join our innovative Endpoint Protection (EPP) product team and play a key role in developing the most advanced endpoint security solution in the world. We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer with expertise in UI test automation to champion quality and ensure CrowdStrike's Falcon platform remains the best endpoint protection product in the market.
What You'll Do:
- Advocate for quality throughout the software development lifecycle as a member of a cross-functional team
- Own development of test plans for UI functionality to ensure reliability, accuracy, and performance reaches our standards for quality
- Increase and improve automated test coverage across EPP-owned UI features
- Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot and resolve customer support escalations
- Contribute to existing tools, frameworks, and related solutions as needed to deliver on goals
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in manual testing, including test case creation, execution, and defect management
- Proficiency in using test management tools (e.g., TestRail/Xray) and defect tracking systems (e.g., Jira)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
- Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, including functional, regression, and integration testing
- Familiarity with basic scripting or automation tools for enhancing manual testing efficiency
- Exposure to CI/CD processes and tools like Bamboo, git, or similar
- Experience in remote-first environments and global teams
- Experience with Playwright and Behavior Driven Development
- Experience in enterprise SaaS products
- Knowledge of and experience in cybersecurity or productivity apps
