About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our legal department. In this role, you will oversee complex legal projects and initiatives, working closely with internal legal teams and outside counsel to drive efficiency and effectiveness. As an ideal candidate, you will have a strong background in project management in the legal space applying world class technologies and tools, with the ability to balance a light touch approach with rigorous project tracking and analytics.
The ideal candidate will have a collaborative working style and be able to build strong relationships across the legal department and broader organization. The successful applicant should be comfortable providing structure and process while maintaining flexibility to meet the unique needs of legal projects and stakeholders.

What You'll Do:
- Lead and manage complex legal projects from inception to completion, including matter management, budget tracking, and resource allocation.
- Develop and implement project management methodologies tailored for legal teams, balancing flexibility with structured processes.
- Leverage project management tools and analytics tools to keep projects on track.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to Sr. leadership on project health, key performance indicators, outcomes and value delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve legal processes and workflows through technology and best practices.
- Serve as the liaison between our company and external legal partners, fostering strong relationships with law firms and vendors while ensuring their work aligns with project objectives and adheres to budgetary constraints.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, in a legal or professional services environment.
- Bachelor's degree required and Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal processes, workflows, and technology.
- Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrable experience in successful implementation of legal technology solutions in a tech company.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to influence at all levels.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Ability to handle high pressure situations in a productive and professional manner.
- Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
