About the Role:

Join a dynamic and agile team focused on analyzing product performance and customer insights across CrowdStrike's entire portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic decision-making through data-driven financial insights.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist with monthly financial close processes, budget-to-actual variance analyses, forecasting, AOP, and long-range planning for product-level ARR.
  • Ensure the accuracy and integrity of Product ARR data through monthly reconciliations and by investigating discrepancies across various data sources and systems.
  • Manage and report key performance indicators (KPIs) and collaborate with the Data Analytics team to develop impactful visualizations (e.g., Tableau) for Product and Sales management teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Pricing) to analyze financial drivers influencing the performance of existing modules.
  • Develop and update high-quality executive presentations to communicate key insights and recommendations.
  • Maintain and refine complex driver-based financial models leveraging key metrics such as ASPs, adoption rates, attach rates, and average deal sizes.
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and business decisions.
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in finance/strategy/sales operations roles within high-growth technology companies, investment banking, management consulting, or public accounting.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics, including bookings, ARR, churn, adoption rates, and ASPs.
  • General understanding of GAAP principles and revenue recognition practices.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the highest level of consistency and accuracy in your work.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity with a continuous appetite for learning and improvement.
  • A proactive sense of ownership and the ability to work independently in a distributed environment.
  • Proven experience working with large, disconnected, and/or unstructured datasets, ensuring data accuracy and extracting actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Advanced analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with Salesforce.com and complex quoting structures.
Bonus Points:
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Proficiency in Tableau or other business intelligence tools, as well as NetSuite.
  • Working knowledge of SQL for data querying and analysis.
