About the Role:
CrowdStrike is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior DevOps Engineer to join our SaaS Security group, previously known as Adaptive Shield. In this role, you will be a key contributor to a highly technical and innovative team responsible for managing, designing, and deploying our cutting-edge SaaS Security platform across multiple cloud environments. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including R&D, Security, and Product teams, to automate workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and drive meaningful advancements in our cloud infrastructure and strategy.
What You'll Do:
- Design, develop, and automate processes for deploying, managing, and configuring applications in GCP.
- Create, enhance and maintain automation scripts and tools, primarily using Python.
- Drive efficiency by automating workflows to improve quality and velocity across the team.
- Monitor and optimize system performance to ensure scalability, reliability, and resilience.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline and enhance developer workflows.
- Collaborate with development teams to improve code quality, testing strategies, and deployment processes.
- Implement and enforce security best practices throughout the infrastructure and application lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain configuration management systems and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks to ensure consistency and reliability across environments.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience within the DevOps field
- Strong knowledge in Linux and Networking
- Experience with cloud technologies - GCP is a plus
- Ability to learn and adopt new technologies
- Problem-solving attitude
- A passion for automation and continuous improvement
- Advantages :
- Experience with scripting (e.g., Bash, Python)
- Developed and maintained CI/CD pipelines around Jenkins or equivalent solutions.
- Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., ELK, Grafana)
