About the Role:

CrowdStrike India is looking for an experienced accounting professional with hands-on experience in General Ledger accounting. This is a new position and will take on interesting and challenging responsibilities as our organization continues to grow in both size and complexity.

Key Competencies:
  • Strong written & oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills to meet time-sensitive deadlines
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to perform multiple tasks at the same time
  • Able to review and analyze a process, recommend and implement improvements
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel
What You'll Do:
  • Project creation & capitalization as per the company policy.
  • Tracking existing fixed assets, recording depreciation, and accounting for the disposition of fixed assets
  • Maintain fixed asset register in ERP.
  • Depreciation cycle run & Project settlements
  • Transmission of Data into reporting ledger, monthly check & review of reporting data into consolidation tool
  • Maintain CIP details for each class by working closely with the business
  • Flux analysis and commentary based on MoM variances.
  • Provide 10 K & 10 Q disclosure requirements.
  • Depreciation areas - US GAAP, Tax & Local GAAP as per statutory law compliances.
  • Preparation of accrual journals for accounting of assets and related depreciation.
  • Reconcile fixed asset sub-ledger vs. general ledger and prepare fixed assets roll-forward
  • Create fixed asset-related audit schedules and collaborate with auditors on their assignments
  • Frequent communication with stakeholders, application of deep accounting knowledge on Fixed assets management and work with corporate team and respective business contacts frequently, as required.
What You'll Need :
  • Post graduation in commerce with 4-6 years of Accounting / General Ledger and Reporting experience.
  • Shift Timing : 2pm - 11pm
  • Strong understanding of ERP (NetSuite experience is preferred
