About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, Sales to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for attracting, engaging, and hiring top-tier sales professionals to drive our business growth. You will partner closely with hiring managers, leverage innovative sourcing strategies, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand sales hiring needs, job requirements, team goals and raise the benchmark of quality entering CrowdStrike
- Develop and execute robust sourcing strategies tailored to identifying high-performing sales professionals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation, ensuring timely and quality hires.
- Screen, interview, and assess candidates for cultural fit and sales aptitude.
- Build and maintain a network of qualified sales talent through proactive outreach, industry events, and leveraging professional platforms.
- Maintain and manage a database of passive and active candidates for future opportunities.
- Stay informed on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices.
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing data-driven recommendations and insights.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for all candidates by communicating effectively and providing timely updates throughout the process.
- Drive initiatives to attract and hire a pool of sales talent.
- Track and report on recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and source effectiveness; using tools such as Workday and Tableau
- Continuously optimize the recruiting process based on data and feedback.
- Advise/coach and influence line managers on recruitment policies & procedures; best practice; selection processes, competency frameworks & interview techniques
- Proven experience in direct hiring across Southeast Asia and North Asia region
- Proven success in hiring for sales positions across various levels, including senior and strategic roles.
- Experience working within a software vendor and/or technology business
- Experience working in a multinational or cross-cultural recruitment environment.
- Familiarity with high-growth or technology-driven industries.
- Extensive experience in candidate attraction and direct hiring methods
- An understanding of the different attraction methods and how and when to use them
- An understanding of different selection & assessment tools/techniques and how and when to use them
- Understanding of HR policy, process, and legislation
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies at one time working to tight timelines and quality measures
- Outstanding attention to detail in all tasks, maintaining high standards of data hygiene
- Team player willing to support others with heavy workloads
- Fluency in English is a must have as, from time to time you will be required to support hiring across the entire APJ region
- Excellent customer facing and presentation skills
- Excellent communicator at all levels up to Executives
- Ability to build relationships face to face and over the phone
- Cyber Security industry experience
- Experience using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) - Workday is ideal
