About The Role:
  • As a part of IT Team, support design and development of finance applications future state vision across all Finance process areas
  • Perform all Scrum Master critical functions such as daily standups, sprint planning, grooming, tracking and reporting critical sprint metrics
  • Manage resolution of all known sprint blockers
  • Support resource planning and reporting
  • Provide project management support for critical cross-functional initiatives and projects including system implementations, operational improvements and finance application rollouts
  • Partner with Process Stakeholders to design and document process solutions using NetSuite and other business applications
  • Work closely with PMO and Finance Transformation to define finance systems strategy and design new and enhance existing finance systems
  • Refine IT process management framework, perform process assessments and implement process improvements
  • Partner with process owners to define and benchmark operational KPI and support the delivery of KPI dashboards
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline (MIS, IT business/computer science and/or Accounting)
  • 3- 7 years of experience as a Scrum Master
  • 3+ years of experience with NetSuite administration, configuration, and 3rd party integrations in complex environments
  • Developer-level knowledge of roles, permissions, page layouts, custom objects, scripting, workflows, reports and dashboards
  • Strong data analytics, reporting and database experience (SQL and NetSuite preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team yet function well with independent responsibilities
  • Attention to detail, organized and thorough with desire for continuous improvement
Bonus Points:
  • ERP and/or other finance system implementation experience
  • SOX controls implementation and support experience
  • Experience working with Service Now for Sprint Planning
  • Experience within a publicly traded multi-national company, preferably high-growth company
