About the Role:

The Sales Enablement Systems Administrator will play a critical role in the daily management and optimization of our sales enablement platform (content and learning management system). They will work with members of the enablement team as well as marketing, sales operations, and other enablement creators to ensure our sellers are able to quickly and easily access the information they need to be successful. The ideal candidate will work with the enablement team, content contributors, and end users to help identify areas of opportunity and suggest improvements that ensure continued adoption and success of the platform. The position will report to the Director of Enablement Tools & Systems.

What You'll Do:
  • Day-to-day "hands-on-keyboard" operations and management of the enablement platform (uploading content, maintaining tags/metadata, reviewing feedback, organizing new content and announcements etc.)
  • In collaboration with other enablement team members, identify and recommend process improvements that reduce workloads or improve work-life quality for administrators, content managers, and end users to optimize the productivity and efficiency of our sales, enablement and marketing teams
  • Work closely with team members to help document and improve the policies, procedures and processes related to platform governance and hygiene
  • Work with the enablement team and content creators to ensure content is up-to-date, properly governed, and meets established standards
  • Manage and support new and existing integrations
  • Work with the Enablement Data Analyst to establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify and elevate the most effective assets and retire anything that is not creating an impact
  • Create, deploy, and manage strategies to ensure the setup and taxonomy is able to scale and evolve with the business
What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years experience administering and supporting a sales enablement content and/or learning management system (ex. Highspot, Seismic, Showpad etc)
  • 3+ years experience in sales enablement, sales operations, or a similar role
  • Ability to align stakeholders, establish direction, achieve consensus, and execute
  • A creative outlook that helps you craft an effective user experience
  • A strategic, entrepreneurial, and outcome-oriented mindset
  • Personal drive: Effective time manager, capable of executing on tasks while managing competing priorities
  • Superb organizational skills
  • Previous experience in direct sales is a plus!
