About the Role:

As the L&D Manager, you will lead end-to-end learning program solutions, heavily focused on in-person and virtual course facilitation and delivery of people manager and team effectiveness/building content. Using expert facilitation skills, you will be responsible for creating engaging and inclusive live in-person or virtual experiences for CrowdStrike people managers and teams worldwide. As a global company, the role requires scheduling flexibility for multiple time zones and availability for domestic and global travel for onsite learning programs. Audiences can include CrowdStrike employees across all levels, from intern to C-suite. You will report to the Director, Leadership, Learning & Development (LLD), within Global HR.

What You'll Do:
  • Manage assigned learning programs from end-to-end, including initial project scope definitions, delivery strategies, and continuous program updates and maintenance
  • Lead and manage the team effectiveness learning curriculum for the LLD team, including the design and development of facilitator-led courses as well as self-service workshops for people managers
  • Use instructional design methods (i.e., ADDIE, Merrill's Principles, Bloom's Taxonomy) to create employee-centric team effectiveness and team building curriculum
  • Incorporate adult learning theory to develop and build learning assets and solutions using authoring software and tools, such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Articulate 360, Captivate, Vyond, and graphic/video software (i.e. Adobe suite, iMovie)
  • Build and manage relationships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, external consultants and other key stakeholders to understand each function's strategy and priorities and translate those into learning goals and opportunities
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts (SMEs) and functional stakeholders to perform needs analysis, scope projects, and evaluate existing materials to identify the appropriate approach and content for CrowdStrike's diverse audiences
  • Oversee learning program operations, including communications, forecasting, scheduling, strategy, measurement, and logistics in alignment with the overall LLD Roadmap
  • Provide learning admin support, including LMS administration, intranet communications, and content repository site management
What You'll Need:
  • 4+ years of experience with facilitating, teaching, and presenting to a wide range of employee audiences, from interns to C-suite, of size varying sizes
  • 4+ years of in-person and virtual facilitation on leadership, employee, and team development content
  • 4+ years of experience partnering, collaborating, and consulting multiple internal business partners and stakeholders
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional, user-experience, training or process design
  • 3+ years of experience delivering learning content to a global, multi-region audience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience

  • MBA, Master's degree, or certifications in adult learning or learning technologies
  • Experience using assessment-based learning (i.e. Everything DiSC)
  • Work experience in a SaaS or technology-related industry
