About the Role:

As the Counter Adversary Operations (CAO) Training Program Intern, you will provide administrative and operational support of the training and conference program, which enable the continuous growth and development of CrowdStrike's CAO employees. This remote position will report to the CAO Training Program Manager.

You will be responsible for overseeing the training and conference requests, assisting CAO employees as they submit requests for training or to attend conferences. You will also create a feedback process for employees to provide feedback on their training and conference experiences so other employees can focus on high value courses or conferences. This role requires a strong attention to detail with an ability to multi-task. This position requires a creative problem-solver, able to pivot and change direction confidently to meet the needs of the business.

What You'll Do:

The Training Program Intern will support all Training Program efforts including tracking training and conference requests, following up with employees and managers, and assisting in the creation of a feedback process and process for onboarding new employees.

In this role, the intern will learn about administration of employee development training and how it supports employee performance and impact to the organization. The following duties and responsibilities may be updated from time to time, depending on business needs:
  • Maintain CAO training and conference request queue
  • Support the Training Program Manager with administrative tasks relating to tracking training and conferences, and building processes for new employee onboarding
  • Build training and conference feedback process
  • Help draft presentations, including basic editing, formatting, and proofreading for new employee onboarding.
  • Communicate with timeliness, detail, and reliability, owning responsibilities and not requiring reminders or frequent direction from managers
What You'll Need:
  • Currently enrolled in a 4-year University working towards a BA or BS / MA or MS degree in Cybersecurity, Intelligence Studies, Security Studies, Criminal Justice, International Relations, or a related field.
  • Graduating during or between December 2025 - August 2026.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite (Pages, Sheets, Slides)
  • Ability to perform confidently in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment with a can-do attitude and willingness to pivot directions
  • Work with a virtual team across multiple time zones with co-workers, key stakeholders, and employees
  • Demonstrate drive and self-motivation to work in an independently remote role


Bonus Points:
  • Strong proficiency with graphic design tools (i.e. Adobe Photoshop) or video production software (i.e. iMovie, FinalCut Pro)
  • Working knowledge of AI programs
  • Familiarity with ticketing programs such as Jira
  • Previous work experience in a customer-facing / service-oriented job
  • Past leadership experience as an officer or leader of a student organization
