About the Role:
The HR Operations Intern will be joining our dynamic HR Technology and Transformation team and will do different rotations This team is at the forefront of scaling our global HR capabilities while standardizing best practices across the organization. The intern will have the opportunity to contribute to key strategic initiatives, including compensation technology implementation, rewards tool deployment, and various other transformative projects. Our team is building an AI-driven, interconnected HR ecosystem that seamlessly integrates both technical and functional aspects of our operations. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR technology and transformation, working alongside seasoned professionals in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

What You'll Do:
  • Assist in gathering requirements, user feedback, and participate in testing and development of HR tools and programs.
  • Help maintain documentation for HR systems and processes as well as supporting the team in preparing training materials for HR tools.
  • Help organize and schedule meetings with vendors and internal teams.
  • Support the team in tracking system issues and user requests.
  • Help research industry trends and best practices in HR technology.
What You'll Need:
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn about HR technologies and systems.
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
  • Willingness to assist with various projects as needed.
  • Interest in pursuing HR or IT certifications in the future.
