About the Role:

The Growth Operations Specialist is a key function within the APJ Growth Marketing Operations team that will support cross-functional marketing analysis. This person will be comfortable diving into complex problems and systems, can identify issues in lead flow and has experience qualifying and summarising data into a cohesive story. This role will report to the Senior APJ Growth Marketing Operations Manager and will support day-to-day marketing operations as well as work on key reporting projects including (but not limited to) marketable database analysis, fixing the leaky funnel and analysing lead follow-up.

What You'll Do:
  • Owns and manages the Lead Funnel Flow and integrity through SFDC for APJ - reviewing Lead assignment, stagnation, rejection and leaks - providing recommendations on optimisations.
  • Develop detailed and accurate reporting Dashboards using a combination of SQL queries and Tableau, from understanding data field labels, accuracy, hygiene, connections across objects, to building formal reports and dashes and the creation of charts
  • Creation of reports that include complex functions, formulas and pivots within Gsheets.
  • Regular Marketing Campaign Performance reporting, from building SFDC reports and dashes, to SQL querying of Marketing Attribution and Influence.
  • Report on SDR follow-up from within Outreach, reviewing performance tracking and impact to the bottom line.
  • Optimisation and auditing of Outreach sequences in consultation with Campaign Demand Support; working to continuously review step rates, devising new strategies / AB Testing to improve performance: Deliverability, OR, CTR, Unsub, etc
  • Owns and manages Lead and Account matching with a sound understanding of the LeanData system.
  • Enablement of reporting and dashboards for relevant stakeholders (Field, Campaigns, Customer, Partner and Digital Marketers as well as SDRs).
  • Liaison with the Global Demand Operations team where necessary to work in consultation with global initiatives.
  • Liaison with the Global Reporting and Analytics team to consult and review reporting requests.
  • Optimisation of campaign set-up for SDR-based SPIFF Programs, working with global Demand Operations, Marketing Operations and local APJ SDR Managers to continuously review performance, attribution, and optimisations.
  • Identification of opportunities to create scalable processes that ensure best practices in LeanData, SFDC and Outreach setup; from investigation and syncing requirements with SFDC, to conversion tracking and ongoing task management.
  • Troubleshooting of Marketing / SDR campaigns across Lead flow systems (SFDC, Outreach, etc).
What You'll Need:
  • Minimum 5 years marketing analytical/operations experience.
  • In depth experience using Salesforce and understanding its integrations with various platforms (Marketo, 6Sense, Outreach, LeanData, Snowflake).
  • Demonstrated expert proficiency in SQL querying and Tableau Dashboard creation.
  • Some experience with using Outreach and LeanData.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Data Analytics, Marketing or a similar field.
  • A multi-tasker; someone who can handle multiple tasks at a time and can manage their time efficiently.
  • Strong / proven problem-solving, issue-resolution, project management and prioritisation skills.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use data to investigate, cross-check quality, form a story and assess the overall success of SDR/marketing programs.
  • Passionate about processes, automation and information systems.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills - with a keen sense of providing great internal customer support and experiences, taking a consultative approach with the SDR, Field, Programs, Partner and Digital Marketing teams, ensuring that expectations are met on delivery.
  • An ability to navigate the unknown - leveraging resources and relationships in the business to be a fixer and optimiser.
