Job Summary

The Training & Development Specialist is a remote role and will develop & deliver engaging training content across multiple formats to support internal teams and market operations. The ideal candidate will have a broad skill set, with the flexibility to quickly learn, adapt, and apply solutions that meet evolving organizational needs. This role emphasizes proficiency over perfection, valuing agility in creating and executing training programs across multiple projects.

Job Responsibilities

  • Training Content Development:
    • Create asynchronous video modules, how-to videos, and step-by-step guides to support on-demand learning.
    • Develop train-the-trainer guides and job aids to empower team leads and SMEs to deliver effective training.


  • Facilitation & Learning Support:
    • Be comfortable hosting webinars, office hours, and virtual Q&A sessions to support teams when required.
    • Provide support during virtual or in-person sessions to ensure smooth delivery and engagement.


  • Content Creation & Media Production:
    • Maintain a library of how-to guides, job aids, and process documents for easy access.
    • Simplify complex ideas and workflows into clear, consumable formats (e.g., videos, infographics, one-pagers).
    • Write scripts and produce short-form videos using tools like Camtasia or Adobe Premiere.
    • Ensure materials are optimized for both desktop and mobile access.
    • Regularly review and update materials to keep content relevant and aligned with business needs.


  • Project Management & Execution:
    • Manage multiple projects at once, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
    • Adjust quickly to shifting needs and requirements, ensuring deliverables meet evolving business demands.


Job Requirements

  • Proficiency with video creation and editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere).
  • Ability to develop how-to videos, train-the-trainer guides, and concise job aids.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex processes for diverse audiences.
  • Agility and adaptability-comfortable working across multiple projects with shifting priorities.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and digital collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) is preferred but not required.
  • 5 or more years' experience in training, sales enablement, or solutions development.
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Experience facilitating virtual or in-person learning sessions as needed.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, able to identify and address training gaps independently.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with changing priorities and evolving requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to delivering high-quality content.
  • A passion for continuous learning and professional development-for both self and the organization.
