What You'll Do
In this role, you'll oversee and manage traffic flow at our worksite. You will play a crucial part in maintaining a safe and organized work environment by directing vehicles and pedestrians, coordinating with construction teams, and implementing traffic measures. Our ideal candidate will be proactive, reliable, have safety-first mentality, and have excellent communication skills.

Location: Keizer, OR. Must also be willing to travel to our various site locations in the Salem area as needed.
Wage: $16 - $18/hr DOE w/ potential for overtime during our busy season.
Shift: Primarily work 10 hours per day, 5 days per week. Overtime/weekends will be needed for certain projects during the busy season.
What You Can Do (Minimum Qualifications)
- A Valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record is required for this position.
- Safety minded professional who demonstrates good performance, attendance and punctuality.
- Demonstrates the willingness to work overtime and weekends/holidays as needed.
- Demonstrates the willingness to learn and work a variety of job tasks.
- Demonstrates the ability to conform to and maintain OSHA, MSHA, DOT and all other company or state rules and regulations.
- Must pass pre-employment physical exam and pre-employment controlled substance testing.
- Must have current US Authorization to work or ability to obtain without company assistance prior to start date.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
- Ensure drivers follow our company's Good-Neighbor Policies, Safety Policies and Procedures.
- Maintain constant communication with scale personnel and report any unsafe acts or conditions.
- Appropriately keep records of any customer not following policies and procedures.
- Other tasks and duties as assigned to meet business needs.
- Take action to avoid potential hazards or obstructions.
- Regular and timely attendance.
- Participate in and promote an inclusive work environment.
