Job Description Summary
This position requires the employee to perform a variety of functions including, but not limited to, the following:
- Accurately typing data into spreadsheets or databases
- Answer incoming calls from customers and respond to their inquiries and complaints in an appropriate manner
- Maintain open communication lines with vendors
- Communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with other departments
- Other duties as assigned

Requirements
- Candidate must be energetic and customer friendly with the ability to work in a fast-paced team atmosphere
- Strong computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Demonstrate the ability to work independently, without direct supervision
- Demonstrate good performance, safety and attendance
- Demonstrates ability to work and communicate well with Supervisors, Dispatchers, Drivers and other employees
- Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required
- Pre-employment screenings are required.
Education/Experience
- High school graduate or equivalent
