Techniseal is looking for full-time Sales Representative to join its successful, expanding sales team in Ontario. If you are an ambitious, driven individual who can develop new business as well as service existing clients' requirements, then we want to hear from you. As Sales Representative, your responsibility will be to ensure monthly and annual sales targets are achieved and exceeded by utilizing your account management, new business development and sales skills.

POSITION: SALES REPRESENTATIVE (PRO) - ONTARIO, GTA TERRITORY

Reporting to the VP Sales & Customer Care, the self- driven Sales Representative will perform a diverse range of functions including but not limited to:

• Pre-sale duties involve preparing action plans, customized presentations, and pre-qualifying leads;
• Ensure monthly and annual sales budget is achieved by targeting clients in your region;
• Develop new business and increase spend by all new and existing clients, in line with targets;
• Maximize opportunities from new and existing clients;
• Represent Techniseal Values in all dealings with Clients, Suppliers and Colleagues;
• Ensure communication and relationships with colleagues is excellent and allows Techniseal to deliver best in class service;
• Understanding prospective customers' pain points and needs and recommending the right solution;
• Working with customers to resolve any possible product or quality issues;
• Plan and provide on site product demos to new and existing clients;
• Plan and map out regular travel throughout the assigned region in Ontario;
• Focus time and resources split as 70% Contractors, 30% Brick and Yard Pro Dealer;
• Research and continually assess your territory, competitors, and competitive products;
• Continuously acquire in-depth product and market knowledge;
• Evaluate and explore new accounts, while preserving existing ones within the assigned territory;
• Provide complete coverage of the territory on a regular basis, while building customer relationships;
• Follow up on all sales leads and book appointments;
• Respond to all customer inquiries in a timely manner (within 24 hours), address concerns and determine corrective actions;
• Participate in customer sales meetings, Trade shows, training sessions, product demonstrations, and secure sales orders;
• Work with our distribution partners sales team and leverage their product availability to grow sales;
• Provide training to the trade staff, as well as contractors;
• Check in-store inventory to ensure product assortment is complete and available;

Requirements
Essential - Resident of Ontario
Essential - Valid Drivers Licence
Essential - Ability and authorization from authorities to travel within and outside of Canada
Essential - Experience with hardscape centres and contractors
Essential - Minimum 3 years outside sales experience
Essential - Excel, Power Point & Outlook, Knowledge of CRM (Salesforce)
Extensive - Traveling (40%)
Asset - Knowledge of Spanish and/or Mandarin

Territory
Greater Toronto Area; specifically customers within the outer limits of Oakville; to the west, Newmarket; to the North, and Oshawa; to the East.
