Job Title: Technical Support Engineer - MENA
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent position
Overall Objective for The Role: The Technical Support Engineer role is important to the success of the region by providing timely and accurate technical support to the regional sales teams, channel partners and customers across all the market segments. Ensuring that all stakeholders are provided with clear and comprehensive technical information regarding the product and or solution offered to meet the customer's requirements.
Key Responsibilities: Delivering accurate and timely product proposals; providing technical support and know how, producing effective MUSIC models, securing drawing approvals promptly, working closely with the project fulfilment teams to ensure that all products are delivered on time and to specification and supporting installations as and when required.
This is a junior position, ideal for a recent graduate or an individual with 1-2 years of experience for this entry level role. Senior applicants will not be considered
Qualifications:
Essential:
- Degree in Civil Engineering (ideally), or Mechanical, Environmental or other related engineering disciplines may also be considered.
- Strong Fluency in English (written and spoken). Other languages will be advantageous.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Excel.
- Experience in CAD.
Essential Skills:

- Strong communication skills, including the confidence to make calls and engage effectively with others .
- Must hold a valid passport

- Willingness to travel within AMEA, UK and USA as required for the role.
