Job description
You will resolve breakdowns or make technical modifications to the site's machines and infrastructure in response to requests from production and the Maintenance Manager.
You will also be responsible for managing interventions and regular updates with the site's Production Manager in partnership with the Maintenance Manager (meetings, telephone or e-mail exchanges, prioritisation of urgent interventions).
Your manager
Reporting to the site production manager, you will also have a functional link with the maintenance manager.
Your mission
- Comply with internal safety rules relating to the site and work operations (marking out, consignment, etc.)
- Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on machines and equipment.
- Check, monitor and maintain equipment on a regular basis.
- Diagnose and repair any serious malfunctions on site equipment and infrastructure independently, drawing on your field experience and knowledge.
- Detect the cause of faults using solid multi-technical knowledge and one or more specialisations (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, boiler-making, metallurgy, etc.).
- Intervene in the event of a breakdown and coordinate and report on site interventions in conjunction with production teams and the maintenance team.
- Propose solutions to optimise the safety and performance of equipment.
- Be able to work alone or as part of a team and report on his/her activity.
- Be able to share experience and technical skills with teams, while encouraging them to develop their independence and skills.
- Complete the CMMS software and the administrative part of the site's maintenance operations (FIIX) and pass on information to the maintenance manager (orders for parts, requests for outside help, on-site organisational problems, etc.).
- Occasional travel to other Leviat group sites possible (depending on repairs)
Specific professional skills
- Good multi-technical knowledge of electricity/mechanics/hydraulics
- Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings, diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Manual dexterity: speed of execution and precision
- Good autonomy and analytical skills for carrying out technical diagnostics.
- Good team spirit and good interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and share knowledge.
- Good basic command of IT tools (TEAMS-OUTLOOK-GMAO)
- Basic team management skills
- Conflict management and compromise
Qualification
Valid electrical accreditation
BTS (design and production of automatic systems; electrical engineering; systems maintenance, option A: production systems)
