Job Summary

Oldcastle APG is seeking highly motivated and experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team to support our internal clients. You will have the chance to use and develop your skills, work with a driven and innovative team, engage with different collaborators, and strengthen Oldcastle APG capabilities. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to apply and grow their skillset, work with a motivated and entrepreneurial team, engage with a wide range of stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for the ServiceNow platform and associated applications.
  • Collaborate with the functional team to develop innovative solutions in ServiceNow.
  • Support the admin team in coordinating development and support efforts.
  • Configure and enhance core and custom applications in close coordination with the ServiceNow functional team.
  • Develop workflows to manage processes from customer request to fulfillment.
  • Resolve end-user support issues within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Monitor system health, usage, and compliance for ServiceNow and its applications.
  • Create and maintain business rules, UI policies, UI actions, client scripts, and ACLs, including advanced scripting for each.
  • Configure and manage Discovery and Orchestration modules.
  • Develop integrations and process automations between enterprise software systems.
  • Load, manipulate, and maintain data between ServiceNow and other systems.
  • Create ServiceNow reports and dashboards to support business insights.
  • Coordinate platform and application upgrades to ensure smooth functionality.


Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of ServiceNow experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
  • Hands-on experience configuring Employee Center.
  • Expertise with ITSM, ITOM, and Employee Center modules.
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, a similar technical discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to design and build applications that align with business goals.
  • Proven experience implementing and customizing n-tiered, web-architected enterprise applications.
  • Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST).
  • Proficiency with JavaScript, XML, and HTML. • Familiarity with LDAP, MS Active Directory, and ADFS.
  • Experience creating ServiceNow update sets and promoting/testing through multiple instances into production.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator / Developer Certification preferred.
  • ITIL V3 Foundation Certification preferred.
  • Implementation certifications in ServiceNow (a plus).
