Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Basis Lead to join our Program including a SAP S/4HANA Private Cloud Greenfield implementation (RISE), SuccessFactors Implementation, Coupa Implementation, BTP, MDM (Informatica and APEX) Implementations and multiple integrations between those and existing Legacy systems. In this role, you will play a critical part in leading SAP systems and work with SAP ECS team and Manage SAP RISE systems for end-to-end testing and cutover phases, ensuring a seamless transition and go-live for a large-scale, multi-functional SAP S/4HANA transformation. The ideal candidate should be able to lead the development of solutions and provide support to both SI and AMS partners.

Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions)
  • Day-to-day monitoring of SAP alerts and monitoring all SAP systems
  • Implement an optimal SAP configuration to maximize system performance and availability
  • Troubleshoot any spool and SAP printing subsystems for all SAP instances
  • Provide support for SAP infrastructure issues and perform root cause analysis for technical incidents
  • Manage SAP client administration as required
  • Provide support and administrative services to SAP ECP (Employee central Systems), EC(Employee Central) as well as to SAP BTP environments (Integration Suite, Datasphere, Cloud ALM)
  • Coordinate with internal infrastructure, network team and ECS team and build and maintain the SAP systems and integrate with existing Eco space systems using a structured methodology
  • Develop and maintain system documentation for all SAP instances and interfaces
  • Provide status reports to all the stakeholders
  • Coordinate data migration, system configuration, and technical cutover tasks, ensuring minimal business disruption.


Qualifications

Education/Experience
  • 10+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration and architecture Experience in SAP RISE (SAP Cloud Hyperscale's)
  • 2 or more greenfield implementations experience on SAP Hyperscale preferably in Azure Cloud
  • In depth knowledge of Hybrid solutions with SAP
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4 HANA, SAP Netweaver, SAP ABAP, HANA DB, Cloud Platform and SAP Fiori
  • Experience with administration of BTP(PaaS) solution and integration with SAP Cloud Connector
  • Administer and Monitor Integration Suite, Datasphere, Cloud connector
  • At least one implementation experience on SAP Cloud ALM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues, make decisions under pressure, and drive continuous improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering or related field

  • Must have expert proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Must be 18 years in age or older
