Job Summary
The Receiving Lead guides the shipping workforce and processes to ensure safe and efficient handling of products and materials. They are responsible for leading a receiving team to work injury-free/incident free in a manufacturing environment. They will provide leadership and direction for their team in a way that motivates them to meet all productivity, safety, and quality goals. They are driven to continually improve performance and embrace changes that will help both your team and company meet goals related to shipments both incoming and outgoing, including storing and distributing all deliveries.

Job Responsibilities
- Unload trucks as needed
- Review Bill of Lading from trucks and confirm delivery of products
- Receive products as they are delivered
- Use NetSuite for receiving and tracking of products
- Maintain organization of the shipping and receiving docks
- Assist with inventory cycle count
- Ensure effective communication across all shifts
- Work side by side with other leads and supervisors
- Leads Receiving employees (assign tasks, set priorities, and monitor work as needed)
- Assist the shipping team with picking, packing, and more as needed
- Other responsibilities may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and analytical skills, detail-orientated
- Computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP systems (NetSuite a plus)
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. periodically throughout the day
