Position: PO Processing Analyst
Location: Concord
Start Date: April 2025

Job Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with Business Partners on issues pertaining to purchase orders processes.
  • Provide adequate response time to business partners with a focus on customer service.
  • Analyze SAP requisitions to ensure all information is correctly provided before flipping it to Purchase Orders
  • Create and manage the proper purchase order (PO) "type" according to the guidelines (utilities, services, capex, framework orders, etc.)
  • Manage SAP invoices workflow to assist processing of invoices correctly.
  • Ensure the highest compliance to procurement strategies and procedures.
  • Generate and analyze channel management reports as instructed by the PO Processing Team Lead and business requirement using MS Excel.
  • Ensure daily tasks gets completed in timely manner as per stipulated Key Performance Indicators
  • Identify and suggest process and system enhancements.
  • Perform at a level that assists in attaining overall and team-level performance measures and goals.
  • Assist the PO Processing Team Lead in continuously monitoring Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements
  • Maintain and ensure staff employ service center knowledge of industry best practices.
  • Facilitate a high-performance team by enablement of team members and the removal of obstacles, and by maintaining a team focus on performance excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Perform role of coach to team members and when necessary, support/backfill for them. Responsible for the ongoing development of team members. Mentors them on development of skills and facilitate career development.
  • Assist in balancing work loads of team members and allocation of resources.
  • Facilitate a high-performance team by enablement of team members and the removal of obstacles, and by maintaining a team focus on performance excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Perform role of coach to team members and when necessary, support/backfill for them. Responsible for the ongoing development of team members. Mentors them on development of skills and facilitate career development.
  • Assist in balancing work loads of team members and allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate with other Shared Service teams and Procurement Team to ensure compliance with cross-team accountabilities and to deliver seamless service to customers


Requirements:
  • Post-Secondary degree in business or related field will be preferred
  • 3 years of working knowledge in SAP (ECC) is a must and working experience in Viewpoint is an added advantage.
  • Intermediate+ level skills with respect to productivity tools (MS Office, Outlook etc.) especially MS Excel are must
  • Knowledge of Procurement processes preferably in Manufacturing/ Infrastructure industry or shared services
  • Bilingual (English and French) written and oral will be an added advantage
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Maintain and ensure staff employ service center knowledge of industry best practices.
