Permacon, a CRH Company, is a leader and pioneer in the manufacturing of concrete masonry and landscaping products. Permacon is a division of Oldcastle APG and operates 9 plants in Ontario and Quebec.
We are currently looking for the function of Nightshift General Laborer for quality control at our Woodstock plant. The General laborer must be available on nightshift, Sunday to Thursday, 6 pm to 6 am.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Push and sort products on the tumbler line
- Participate in production and preventative maintenance of equipment as requested
- Sort and manipulate concrete products
- Perform yard and plant clean-up and keep work area clean
- Apply all health and safety procedures and wear PPE
- Maintain quality standards of products

Requirements
- High school diploma
- Manufacturing work experience
- Good team work skills and initiative
- Safety oriented
- Good mechanical aptitudes and capability to progress as a machine operator
- Good learning capabilities
- Capability to perform continual physical work
